Very accurate in my S&W 696. From the 3 inch tube they clocked 865 fps over a chronograph. Fired into wet newspaper they left a massive wound channel and the recovered bullets retained about 98% of their weight. Recovered bullets measured an average .65 caliber. This is the only load I keep for defense now. I hand load a hard cast 240 grain SWC at 755 fps for practice and plinking. Did not experience any case sticking or jamming as I have read in other reviews. The aluminum cases may be more apt to stick in dirty chambers. Recommend the Blazers to anyone with a 44 mag or 44 spl for defense purposes.
