This is for the reviewer who fired these slugs from an H&R singleshot. I fired these slugs from the same firearm and had the same results as you. Then I loosened the screw located on the forend and the problem was corrected. If that screw is tightened all the way, it puts too much tension on the barrel causing the slugs to impact low(every brand of slugs impacted between 6\"-8\" low, not just Brennekes) . If you release that tension, the point of impact rises. I had this same problem with my Rossi singleshots in 20 and 12 gauge as well. Now point of aim and point of impact are the same with all my singleshots(give or take an inch). The Brenneke 20 gauge slugs are excellent. Groups are tight and penetration is superior to most other brands. If you hunt with a smooth bore in 20 gauge, there is no better choice.
