Ables is not very customer friendly. Ordered on Feb 5 and CC was billed. I was never notified by them when my order was delayed again, again and again. When I called a month after the original date of delivery, I was treated like I was bothering the guy who answered the phone. They should send an email that explains their situation, say they are sorry for any problems the repeated delays may be causing, and most customers would be understanding. At this point they need to go just alittle out of their way or pocket to keep customers. Doubt I will ever place an order with them again. Can't rate the ammo because Ive never gotten it, but customer service is a one star...

Cry babies. These guys have been great as far as I am concerned. Consider the state of the gun and ammo world right now. Sure they may charge your card but you WILL get you ammo. Mine was maybe two weeks from the time of purchase, others may take longer. If you don't like the situation then the next time you are in the voting box remember your ammo buying dilemma and vote accordingly...

Great Ammo. On the CC issue: While it is probably not illegal (check your state laws) - it certainly is unethical for a seller to charge your CC for items that you haven't received. This happened to me recently with two vendors for items I wanted. ETA of items was unknown in both cases. One guy immediately issued a refund when I questioned the charge. The other told me some BS about 'this is how the system is setup since we don't keep your CC info on file'... well you don't need to charge my CC for BO items..!! - I finally had to talk to her manager who agreed to immediately issue the refund. Needless to say I canceled the order and refuse to do business with them again. Bottom line - if you're not comfortable with paying for something that you haven't received - get your money back and look elsewhere. BTW- About a week later I found the same item as the seller who gave me a hard time on another site. Less money - Quick ship - Happy Customer!..

I guess I am like many of the others who have ordered cases of the PMC .223 ammo. I have ordered two cases and my credit card has been billed. I have already received the statement and have had to make the payment. So, I am out of pocket $752.86 while Able's has it in the bank. I would have thought that they would not, and perhaps could not legally, have charged someone's credit card until they had the product in hand, ready to ship. I have no problem with waiting for something but why should I be paying interest on the money while Able's has it in the bank and is potentially collecting interest on it? They have my credit card information, that's a guarantee of my intent to purchase. They could have and should wait until they have the product in hand to bill the card. Just my opinion...

Same story for me...ordered a case in early February and was charged for it. Last I heard, the ammo is on its way as long as it isn't delayed by customs. Now I hear I won't be getting anything until mid-April. Something doesn't seem right about this. Sure the price is good, but to bill the customers and then continue to push back the delivery date of the product isn't right...

Great ammo. Have used hundreds of rounds. When I saw the low, low price of $349.50 for a thousand rounds I jumped on it. They charged my card right away. I was excited. And I waited. And waited. And waited. And I am still waiting. So they have my money now since February. Other companies do not charge the card until the product ships. This is unacceptable. Next time I buy something, perhaps they will ship it and I will get around to paying for it a few months down the road...
