Great Ammo. On the CC issue:
While it is probably not illegal (check your state laws) - it certainly is unethical for a seller to charge your CC for items that you haven't received.
This happened to me recently with two vendors for items I wanted. ETA of items was unknown in both cases. One guy immediately issued a refund when I questioned the charge. The other told me some BS about 'this is how the system is setup since we don't keep your CC info on file'... well you don't need to charge my CC for BO items..!! - I finally had to talk to her manager who agreed to immediately issue the refund. Needless to say I canceled the order and refuse to do business with them again.
Bottom line - if you're not comfortable with paying for something that you haven't received - get your money back and look elsewhere.
BTW- About a week later I found the same item as the seller who gave me a hard time on another site. Less money - Quick ship - Happy Customer!
