From what I have read this is a knock down deer rifle and any other large game animal. I was a snipper in Vietnam and would have loved to have this rifle for its accuracy and yardage. The style is beautiful and the accuracy is unbelievable. Sight it in at 50 yards and there is no variation at 200 yards. Sight in at 200 yards and it is good to 400 yards. Browning has always been my favorite brand and they have out done themselves on this medium priced weapon.
