I AM A RETIRED COP, AND NOW A JUDGE HERE IN TEXAS. I HAVE A SERIES 70 BOUGHT IN THE 70'S. IT WAS CARRIED ON THE LAWMAN'S HIP FOR A LONG TIME. I STIL USE IT WHILE HOLDING COURT. IT SET'S NEXT TO MY GAVEL AND BIBLE. CAN'T BE TO CAREFUL YOU KNOW... - P. H.
I won one of these wonderful pistols back in 1986 in a World Series pool. I have shot it several times. It is a great pleasure to fire. The only reason to miss your target when firing this gun is your aim/firing technique. This is the most accurate large caliber pistol I have ever fired. Absolutely worth the money! - T. T.
by far this is one of the best weapons that i have owned and I would love to have one once angain. The Commanders issue is not a lightweight, but it does have a well balanced after effect when shooting. If you get this weapon, have fun with it. I know I did. - N. H.
