You agree to indemnify and hold ABLE AMMO harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys fees and costs of suit, incurred by ABLE AMMO as a result of any claim, proceeding, and or judgment to the extent it arises out of or is connected in any manner with the operation, use, distribution or modification of any of Able Ammos products.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export any ABLE AMMO products except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABLE AMMO was obtained. In particular, but without
limitation, ABLE AMMO products may not be exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any U.S. embargoed country or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Departments list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerces Table of Denial Orders. By using any ABLE AMMO product, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. |
