I just took my Taurus 327 with 3" barrel to the range and shot a box of this Federal American Eagle 110gr. and a box of the CCI GDHP 100gr. In my hands, on this day, this one had a slight edge in accuracy, although both rounds in my gun proved more accurate than I am. I do not know if it is the gun or the caliber, but I can shoot tighter groups with this than I can with a similar 357. This is no 32 Magnum. I own a Taurus Titanium 32 Magnum and felt recoil in that gun is significantly less than the 327 Federal Magnum in a stainless steel revolver, but less than a 357 Magnum. My hand is not sore right now, but my hand did know when the hammer fell. I was very impressed with accuracy. The 327 Federal Magnum will very likely replace the 357 Magnum for me.
I only gave 4 stars for this product because it consistently had difficulty extracting the empty brass in my revolver. I had to use an ink pen to push them out one at a time. I would have blamed the revolver, but I did not have the same problem with the CCI 100gr GDHP ammunition. Still, for the cost savings, I am happy to deal with this inconvenience, but this could be an issue for you depending on what the intended use of the round is and whether your gun shows the same preference.
