I bought these Truball slugs based on reviews I had previously read. In my Mossberg 500 with Improved Cylinder choke, I shot a 175 lbs 8 point buck from about 75+ yards away and dropped him. I hadn't even sighted these rounds in before hunting. I just loaded them up and went out hunting that morning. By far my favorite slugs... |

I have purchased a substantial amount of ammo from Able's and not once have I been dissappointed. Their service and products are second to none. I recently purchased 10 boxes of Federal Premium Vital Shok PB127RS, 12 Gauge, 2 3/4", 1 oz, 1600 fps, TRUBALL Lead Rifle Slug, 5 Rd/bx. These slugs performed flawlessly in my semi-auto FN 12 gauge and the accuracy was incredible. I would highly recommend this ammo to those who hunt with slugs. I will certainly be purchasing more soon!!.. |
