The picture does not represent the actual rifle exactly, but it is the same minus the sights and plus a one piece scope base. I love this rifle! I bought a box of Hornady Leverevolution and I am shooting 1.5" groups at 150 yards with a 3-9x40 BSA scope. I shot a doe at 138 yards with the 444 and let me tell you, it slammed the deer on the ground! And you can buy separate barrels for Handi-Rifles, so you can have multiple different calibers but the same gun, kind of like TC except you can actually afford it...

This gun does NOT have a THUNB safety Nor does it have open sights. They have the wrong picture.
