You rarely see anything but a 5 star review on a Henry and there\'s a good reason for that. It\'s accurate, the action is incredibly smooth and the workmanship is outstanding. All this plus it\'s very reasonably priced and all components plus assembly are American. Shoots shorts, longs, and LR from sub sonic to stingers and never fails to function flawlessly. While I haven\'t had occasion to use customer service everyone I talk to says Henry\'s is second to none. My only criticism is that they could have put better sights on it, but since I use a scope this doesn\'t really matter to me. This is my first lever action rifle and I love it. You will too...

Bought the H001 as shown about 6 months ago and love it. I previously had a Browning lever action for less than a year and sold it. The Browning even though it has a pretty engraved reciever doesn\'t come close to the Henry.
The Henry is very smooth and dead accurate. Because of my age and declining eye sight I put a Leupold VX1 scope on it. I only use it at the range but the Henry coupled with a scope is unbeatable. Trust me, you\'ll love it!..

I bought one of these rifles about 12 years ago and had it for about 4 years before I gave it to my little brother. I have nothing but good things to say about this rifle. I live out in the country and shot ALL the time. I have plinked turtles at our ponds and killed several coyotes, opossums, armadillos, squirrels and a bobcat with it. For first time lever gun users it may take a few rounds to become quick with working the lever action. This gun is not heavy and was fun to shoot. Very accurate. If you are going to mount a scope on this rifle, make sure it is a descent one...

This .22 can drive tacks at 50yrds. It has no problem hitting inside of a one inch target. This gun is by far my favorite rifle. The only problem I have with it is the trigger pull is just a bit ruff but after shooting it for a while you get used to it. The action is as smooth as you will get. If your a varmit hunter, I would suggest this gun to you over any gun I\'ve ever owned...

The Henry lever .22 is a great gun. The action is a lot smoother than the Winchester 9422. I really enjoy shooting it. At 30 yards I can shoot a coke can and keep it moving long as the ammo last. The gun is very accurate and fun to shoot...

Out of the box fit and finish were flawless. Solid feel of quality, no rattles at all. Beautiful walnut finish looks hand rubbed. First trials were dead on accurate, no sight adjustments needed. Lever, hammer and trigger are smooth and grit-less. Ran 22LR and CB shorts without issues. The shorts were quiet enough to shoot in the basement without ear protection, about as loud as a Gamo break barrel. A quality piece of American heritage that me and my 10 yo daughter are enjoying immensely. This gun will get used and abused over it's life but it will be cleaned and well oiled. For the price, it will be in the family tree for some time. Henry stands behind their products 100%, so if you are not satisfied, then you probably haven't called them with your problem. As far as I know, the warranty lasts as long as the gun exists. It will not be my last Henry purchase..
