I Purchased my SCAR in Jan 10. I would have to say that this weapon is the best I\'ve ever shot. It is not classified as an AR variant, but in the realm of semi auto assault rifles, it blows them all away in my opinion. I have shot many different rifles of this type and the FN Scar is far superior.
It is unbelievably accurate right out of the box, a deadly tack driver. It is very functional and easy to use. You could drag this thing through a sand box and it is going to perform. I\'ve shot virtually every type of ammo through it and have yet to have any sort of jam, ftf or fte. Some people like to bash the folding stock and say it\'s not strong enough and flimsy, but I don\'t think so. I think it\'s perfectly fine. Would I try a John Mclain and use it to scale down and elevator shaft, maybe not! But fine none the less.
This is an expensive toy, but I always say you get what you pay for and this is the Ferrari of assault rifles. It you can drum up the coin. you\'ll be glad you did. Happy shooting...
