Very good hunting round for boar. In my puma 92 with a 20" barrel I have notice this will bring down a boar faster than a 30-30 with a 170 gr bullett. My longest shoot todate has only been 70 yards but I was able to hit exactly were I was aiming and the round performed flawless. This rife and round has now replaced my 30-30 for all my hunts where I need a bush gun and Hornady ammo is also my choice for my 30.06 as well... |

Far & away my favorite factory .454 load. Accurate, powerful, clean, and adequate for anything in my area, up to bear & elk. Even my handloads can only 'almost' match it; it's that good... |
