I have been hunting with my Marlin 336 since 1970 and always used 200g Remington which put alot of venison in the freezer. Then came the leverloution this is the best shooting ammo that I ever put in my Marlin. At 100yds I had 5 shots just outside the bull and a nice 3 inch group. The recoil is heavier but who feels when shooting at a deer. Next season I will add the Hornady scope that matches this ammo and it compensates up to 600yds.
