Able's sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

 

To Purchase Firearms Online:

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws.

Federal firearms laws prevents Able's from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL), however we can ship them to a local FFL Holder near you.

In order to purchase your firearm and have us ship it, you must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order and ensure a trouble free transaction.

1. Verify that the firearm you wish to purchase from Able's meets the laws of your state, county, or city.


2. Complete your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number.


• If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order, please give us a call at 1-800-720-3275. Sometime our emails are blocked by spam filters.


3. Find a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

• If you are selecting a FFL holder on file with us, please enter their (FFL Holders Name, City and State) in the comments box during checkout.
• Write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
• If you choose a FFL holder not on file with us, have them fax or mail a file copy of their FFL to us at the address below:

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Able's. This transaction is soley between you and the FFL holder.


• You must confirm the transfer with your local FFL holder.


5. Print and fill out our FFL Transfer Form: PDF HTML (include your order # on the form.)
   Your Transfer and Confirmation Form can be faxed or mailed to us.


• If you would like to mail your Transfer and Confirmation Form, you can do so to the address above:
• An email with the tracking number will be sent when the firearm ships.


6. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will need to pick it up.
   Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork..

**Failure to read and complete all the neccessary steps above could result in the delay of receiving your firearm(s).**

To Purchase Ammunition Online:

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.

• You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
  
• All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground.
• We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS.
  
• When you are checking out, you must select UPS Ground if you are purchasing ammunition.
• Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
• Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
  
• For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
  
• Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
