Able's sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
To Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws.
Federal firearms laws prevents Able's from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL), however we can ship them to a FFL Dealer.
In order to purchase your firearm and have us ship it, you must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order and ensure a trouble free transaction.
- Verify that the firearm you wish to purchase from Able's meets the laws of your state, county, or city.
- Complete your firearm purchase
online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with
your order number.
- Find a FFL dealer near you that
will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can
be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other
location that holds a current FFL and will help you with
your transaction.
- You can use our search function below to view the list of FFL Dealers we currently have on file.
- If you are selecting a dealer on file with us, enter their (Dealer's Name, State, City)
in the comments box during checkout. This will help speed up the process.
- You still however, must contact you FFL Dealer to setup a transfer.
- If the dealer is not on file with us, then you will have to provide the (Dealer's Name, Phone Number).
Contact your FFL and tell them
you would like to transfer a firearm from Able's. This transaction
and associated transfer fees are between you and the dealer.
- We do not contact the dealer to
arrange a transfer.
- Most dealers charge a fee for a firearm
transfer.
- You must confirm the transfer
with your local dealer in advance.
- It will expedite the process by making
arrangements with a FFL dealer prior to placing your order.

Then give it to your FFL dealer to mail or fax with his
license.
- Keep all paperwork together in one envelope
if possible.
- Write your name and order number on any
correspondence you send us.
If your dealer is on file with Able's, skip this step. Otherwise, have your licensed firearm dealer
mail or fax a signed copy of their FFL and Able's FFL Transfer

Once we have received a copy of
your dealer's signed FFL and a completed Able's FFL Transfer
Form we will ship the firearm to the FFL dealer.
- Handguns must ship air freight
due to shipping regulations.
- Long guns may ship ground instead of
air freight.
We will send you an email with
the tracking number when the firearm ships.
- We do not ship outside the United
States.
- Firearms will not be shipped to
any restricted locations.
Once your FFL dealer receives your
firearm, they will perform your background check. You will
then need to complete all the necessary paperwork and pick
up your gun.
Write your Name and Order Number on any correspondence you send us.
**Failure to read and complete all the neccessary steps above could result in the delay of receiving your firearm(s).**

To Purchase Ammunition Online:
Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.
- You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
- All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground.
- We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS.
- When you are checking out, you must select UPS Ground if you are purchasing ammunition.
- Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
- Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
- Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
