INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY L-3 M2 Tac Light w/Extra Bulb
The M2 was developed in 1995 specifically for the Heckler & Koch USP pistol's proprietary accessory rail and derived from the LAM, now known as the ILWLP (Integrated Laser White Light Pointer), which was originally designed for the HK MK23 used by U.S. Special Operations personnel.The M2's Xenon bulb delivers a peak output of 90+ lumens and is powered by two (2) 3V 123 lithium batteries (included) giving it a run time of one (1) hour. The M2 mounts easily, without the aid of tools, by moving the slide latch down then positioning the unit onto the USP's rail. Once the right sides movable jaw snaps into place, move the slide latch upwards to lock the M2 onto the pistol.The M2 utilizes an On/Off switch located at the left rear. When switched on, the unit is activated using a bottom positioned toggle switch. Toggling right provides Momentary light while toggling left puts the M2 into the Constant On mode.
