I was afraid that this weapon would be too much for conceal carry. I spent last weekend in training (16 hours) with the Kimber Stainless Pro TLE, and after the first few hours, realized that it was one of the finest weapons available. It is a tad on the heavy side for some, and perhaps bulky for some, but I found it to be as quickly accessible as any weapon I have used--Beretta 92F, Kimber 1911 earlier model, Colt 1911m military, Walther PPK, and Ruger SR9--and the accuracy is impeccable. The McCormick mags hold 8 rounds, and I found this to be advantageous. Although my son found the sights a bit annoying with the tritium dots, I did not, being older and in need of all the aid I can get for a good sight picture...
