Description
Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II .45 ACP
A premium lightweight aluminum frame, 3-inch bull barrel and an abbreviated grip make the new Ultra Crimson Carry II the perfect size and weight for concealed carry. Elegant rosewood Crimson Trace Lasergrips (a Kimber exclusive) ensure rapid target acquisition and accurate shot placement, even in low light.

Custom features standard; extended thumb safety, high ride beavertail grip safety, beveled magazine well and slightly extended magazine release and slide release.
Match grade barrel is machined from a single piece of solid steel for accuracy and long life.
Kimber aluminum frames have been tested to over 20,000 rounds without evidence of meaningful wear.
Bull barrel design keeps maximum weight forward, reducing muzzle lift and recoil.

At twenty feet, controlled rapid fire model, you can completely take out the center of target. Trigger pull is consistent and smooth. Kimber rates the laser as good up to fifty feet, it is - 1st clip 6 of 7, 2nd clip 7 of 7, 3rd clip 7 of 7, Best at that range ever for me. Many people say this pistol is over priced; I say you get what you pay for!.. |

I have had my Kimber Crimson Carry 3" .45 ACP since 12 Oct. 2008. During that time I put over 1,000 rnds of various hollow point ammo through the weapon with 0-ZERO failure-to-feeds. The gun is very manageable, with felt recoil being less than most larger 1911's. Rigth out of the box, the trigger feels like a "custom" gun and breaks at 3-3.5 lbs. Very sweet indeed. I purched mine for a backup weapon and carry concealed while off duty, I am now doing buy a 5" size for my service weapon...It is THAT good!!... |
