The action is as smooth as you've experienced. It's made with six machined and heat-treated steel forgings for greater strength. Bought this last week of Jan. 2011, easy to do once you get paper work taken care of on line, and at your FFL deale.r All you have to do is wait for your rifle, FFL dealer will call you ,and then pick it up. I'll do it again next time I buy. This rifle is well balanced 22" better than the gun guide.. |

I bought this gun and have never held a better balanced guide gun! The recoil is managable but this is not a gun for the weak of body. This gun can and will put down anything you wish to hunt in north america but it is not a long range gun, 150-200 yrds is acceptable with practice. Overall this is a man\'s gun and any \"man\" will be well pleased to own one... |
