this is a nice scope except for one simple but extremely important feature... the turrets are terrible. i guess this goes for Nikon in general, but this is the scope i have. if you plan on sighting in your scope once and never adjusting it again, this is a great scope. crystal clear and well built. excellent glass for the price. however, after struggling with the scope sighting in for hours (a coin doesn't quite work to turn the shallow and wide turret), i contacted Nikon to see if they had a different style turret that i could replace these with. they did not. i would not recommend these scopes at all...
