Officer ( Compact ) Model 1911 Finger Groove Inserts
This unique grip system allows the user to add a wrap-around style front finger groove while maintaining the use of your favorite side panel grips. The finger groove unit is installed by placing the thin rubber side members over the grip screw bushings and then placing the panel grips on top thus firmly holding the finger groove in place. The thin rubber side members provide a cushion of rubber under the panels but do not appreciably change the over-all thickness of the grip.
