The double action only Taurus Millennium Pro carries three safety features including the manual safety lever, trigger block mechanism and a firing pin block. With over 500 rounds fired through it, it has jammed twice, but never with me. The person shooting it also had a Springfield XD 9mm jam with him. (I have written that off as a weak wrist).
The PT-140 is a solid well made accurate performer, reliable and plenty of stopping power. In addition it is a big caliber but easy to carry weapon.
Very pleased with it.
