Most of the famous lever action rifles in history have the name Browning attached to them. All were ground breaking designs and lauded for their dependability. The Browning BLR is the modern version of those classsics, with a rugged rack and pinion driven bolt capable of accuracy other lever actions could only wish for.

BLR Takedown models are just as accurate and reliable as their unified counterparts but much easier to transport and store. The rifle is easily and quickly assembled without tools by simply sliding the barrel half into the reciever half and locking them together with the flip of a lever. The lever mechanically engages a stout locking lug into a recess in the bottom of the reciever. The system is rugged, precise and blends seamlessly into the styling of the rifle.
