Mark V action is free floated. Three rings of steel surrounding the casehead. Fluted bolt with three gas ports. Nine locking lugs and a short 54 degree bolt lift. Bolt sleeve completely enshrouds rear of action. Forged and machined steel receiver. Integral recoil lug provides superior strength and structural integrity. Cocking indicator visually indicates whether the rifle is cocked or uncocked. All metalwork is bead blast matte blue low luster finish. 24" or 26" Criterion contoured #2 barrel with bead blast matte blue low luster finish. Hand-bedded to assure accuracy. All rifles are drilled and tapped for scope.
