This is a great round if you are looking for a low noise hollow point. If you are looking at the noise factor only, then look at the CCI CB Long (CCI CB Long is way quieter). This round does hit harder than the CCI CB Long (29 vs. 33 gr.). The round does not fire as clean as the CCI brand so you’ll need to clean a little more. If you are using a suppressor it truly sounds like a stapler (rock on Garth!). Also, as stated it will not cycle through a semi-auto. I use a Tactical Solutions custom Ruger 10/22, and a CZ American 452 16” BBL. FYI you may want to look at the Winchester CB 22LR 29gr. as well. Hope that this review has helped.
