We have been using this load for Texas Panhandle Pheasants for several years. We tried a number of loads, shot sizes, and different labels with mixed results. However, we found #5 to be the best at puttting birds down and minimizing cripples. Great for 40plus yards and penetrating tough winds. If you have experienced cripples and elusive birds, try this load. If you get on them, it will do the job!
