Your order has been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with the item(s) that you have selected. Please check the contents of this (and other cartons) immediately against items marked as shipped on the front of this invoice.
PLEASE REPORT ANY DISCREPANCY OR DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER/AGENT THAT DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO YOU. NOTE THE DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE ON ALL DELIVERY RECEIPTS OR FREIGHT BILLS AND SIGN FOR ONLY THE MATERIAL THAT WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED. IF, UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, YOU NOTICE ANY CONCEALED DAMAGE OR LOSS, YOU MUST SAVE ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING MATERIAL AND NOTIFY THE DELIVERING CARRIER/AGENT.
RETURN POLICY: Able's will accept any returned items (except ammunition), as long as the items are in new and original condition in the factory packaging. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. Please call for a return authorization on firearms. A 15% restocking fee will be incurred on all returned firearms. Freight charges incurred while returning and/or exchanging any items will be the responsibility of the customer. Able's will not be liable for any packages damaged or lost in shipping. All ammunition is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at (800) 720-3275 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Replacement items that are in stock should reach you within 2-3 weeks, and the appropriate credit or refund will be issued when your return is processed.

• When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the items in a sturdy box and secure it with strong tape. For your protection, insure the package for the value of the item.
