Taurus PT-92 Large Frame Pistol 192015117, 9mm, 5", Checkered Rubber Grip, Blue Finish, 17 Rd, Fixed Sights by JAMES Date Added: Wednesday 25 February, 2015
10 Great pistol if you are looking for a full size. I like this one better than the Beretta, the safety is on the body not on the slide, easier to operate. Grip seems to be slightly thinner also, ( as for me anyway ).... 17 rd. mag is hard to load, I can struggle to get 13-14 in by hand, 16 with a mag loader.... Just not able to get that 17th rd. Maybe it will loosen up after some wear. If that 17th round is your selling point, don't be discouraged.... Approx. $200 less expensive and a lifetime warranty...

Scopecoat STD Standard X-Large Scope Cover 15.5IN X 60MM by HERBERT Date Added: Friday 20 February, 2015
10 I have several other Scopegoat scope covers and am pleased with every one. I am using this Scopecoat on a Burris XTR 5-25x50. The only problem is that the scope has 3 tall turrets, the windage and parallex turrets are not covered with the Scopecoat, but the purpose is to protect the glass, which it does very well. The advantages of Scopecoats is they are inexpensive, simple to use, no springs or pins that break or get lost, no "clear covers" that red the optical quality of your scope. I would highly recommend...

Ruger SR40C Pistol 3478, 40 S&W, 3.5 in, Glass Filler Nylon Grip, Stainless Slide/Black Frame Finish, 9 Rd by mike Date Added: Wednesday 11 February, 2015
10 I just bought this SR40c last week and WOW! I've owned the full size SR9 for almost 5 years now and have never really given the compacts any notice. Honestly I think these pistols get overlooked. But, I decided I wanted a new carry gun with a stainless slide in 40 S&W and my search came up with this. At first I thought it'd be too big so I went to the gun store to check it out. I was sold in about 30 seconds. The feel of this SR40c is amazing, it has the traditional slim SR grip. It's such a natural pointer too. It's not a tiny gun by any means but still small enough to conceal IWB. It came with on 9 round shortend mag and one 15 round full size mag. I really wish it had just come with two 9 round mags instead of the big 15 rounder. Not really a concealed carry magazine. I took it to the range after a quick cleaning and fired about 200 flawless rounds through it. It's not only reliable but very, very accurate. Also, it's a very soft shooting gun for a 40 S&W. I like it a lot! The trigger is awesome too, short, light, and has a clean crisp break. The SR9 full size I own has been absolutely fantastic and I see this SR40c as being the same. If you need a comfortable CC gun for a reasonable price, check out the Ruger SR series pistols. You'll get a lot of bang for your buck with these...

Federal Premium Vital-Shok Rifle Ammunition P22250G, 22-250 Remington, Nosler Partition, 60 GR, 3500 fps, 20 Rd/bx by TODD Date Added: Thursday 22 January, 2015
10 this 22 250 Federal Premium ammo 60gr partition. is a very good ammo for deer size game. the ammo in a 1-10 twist with Ruger 20 inch barrel had a spread of only 36 feet per second out of ten rounds. in the Ruger it shot 3/4 an inch to 1 .25 inche group at 100yds. have shot deer out to 200 plus yards through shoulder with Pass through with a massive exit wound. even at a hundred yards plus with a lung shot( my fault) the bullets still exited with a nice hole produced.. I would recommend this ammo to anyone sensitive to recoil. I would keep the shots max of 300 yards placed right .. at 300yds ur around six hundred and seventy five FPE and 2250FPS AVG FOR A 22 CALIBER BULLET THAT'S AS FAR AS I WOULD STRETCH IT.Good Hunting and be safe .......

10 On my second case of the Winchester Drylock Super steel and find it better than other steel shot that is compareble or greater in cost. Using this shot with a choke of 0.680-0.700 size, I'm able to harvest ducks out to 50 and 60 yards. If you try to buy this load at your local hunting store during duck season good luck as all the good hunters are buying it up. Also, the price at Able's will beat anyone's price. Benelli Vinci ComforTech Plus Semi-Auto Shotgun 10520, 12 Gauge, 26", 3" Chmbr, Realtree APG HD Stock by STEVEN Date Added: Thursday 25 December, 2014
10 This is a very nice shotgun and the second Benelli I have owned. My first was an M2 Field in 20 gauge. Very light weight gun with almost no discernible recoil. I wanted a 12 gauge for duck hunting so I decided to try the Vinci since it was touted as an even lighter recoiling gun than the M2 and the reviews were good. The Good: I have not fired an M2 in 12 gauge so I can't tell if the Vinci has less recoil or not, but it is very tolerable with 2.75 inch loads. I have rotator cuff issues so a light recoiling gun is important to me. The Bad: Benelli also touts this gun as the "easiest to assemble." This is absolutely NOT true. When I got the gun it was late on a Friday and I could not get it assembled and Benelli was already closed for the day. When I called them the following Monday, they told me to use a rubber or plastic hammer to push the bolt module into position, which you are supposed to be able to install with your thumbs. I also had to put the stock between my knees to be able to turn the barrel to lock it on. The Benelli plastic case while well built, is a really odd shape and design that does not secure the parts very well. I leave my gun assembled and store it in my safe and take it to the range in a canvas case. I would rate the M2 as an easier Benelli to assemble. Overall, I would say this is a very nice shotgun with a great feel to it. The Realtree finish is very nicely done. The weight and balance are very good. I handed this shotgun to my wife the first day I took it to the trap range and she hit 4 out of 5 clays on her first try. Maybe assembly will get easier with time, but don't expect this to be easy to assemble out of the case...

10 Just received my third case of Fiocchi .45 ACP 230 gr. FMJ. I have fired more than 2,000 rounds through my Kimber Stainless Ultra TLE II with no problems encountered. Needless to say, I am happy with the bullets. This was my first order from Able's Ammo and I am delighted and amazed by the service provided to me. To be honest, I was a little concerned by the wording in the confirmation email where it says, "Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your product(s) to ship." I was also somewhat dismayed by the part that says, "It can take up to 72 hours for UPS or USPS to enter and update their tracking information on their site." I placed my order at 11:20 AM on Monday, December 22, 2014. My order was delivered at about 2:30 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2014. That's only about 27 hours to pack, ship and deliver my order. That's outstanding service and I appreciate it...

10 Of the several brands of 20ga buckshot I have tried through our collection of 20ga shotguns, this patterns the best, by a lot. Better than the buffered and plated premium ammo. I figured, for the price, I'd give it a try. and have ordered 150rds for my own inventory and my daughters. 10 Used this for the first time this year and 3 whitetail fell in their tracks. Two of them were shot behind the shoulder and both had a caliber size entrance wound and a quarter size exit wound, with massive internal damage..One was shot at 30 yards and the other at close to 175 yards..The third deer was shot through both shoulders, the bullet held together and again produced an exit wound about the size of a quarter..As for accuracy, in my Ruger American, it punched a 7/8" group of 3 shots at 100 yards, that group size could probably be shrunk with a quality rest...

10 Just thought I'd update. Had the Millennium G2 9mm for over a year now and not one complaint. Had it at the range yesterday and it was flawless with both HP's and FMJ's. Never one hiccup out of this gun in about 1000 rounds now. Also, I love the extremely small reset on the trigger, it's amazing. I find many Taurus pistols are like this. 12+1 capacity is fantastic. I'd take this over the M&P Shield any day of the week, and I have shot the Shield, too small a grip on it and too low capacity. Not to mention the price difference...
