Remington BuckHammer Slug SP12MLSS, 12 Gauge, 3", 1-3/8 oz, 1500 fps, BuckHammer Slug, Specifically designed for rifled barrels, 5 Rd/bx by d. H. Date Added: Monday 08 August, 2011
10 I have been using these full size lead Sabots for years and yes they are designed to be used in a fully rifled barrel. As say in the last review noticed they do not have any rifling in their surface so if you shoot them out of a smooth bore gun there will be no twist imparted on the slug so they will just tumble down range. shoot them out of a fully rifled barrel and you can get sub 3\" groups at 100 yards...

Kimber 8400 Talkeetna Rifle 3000706, .375 H&H Mag by W. V. Date Added: Saturday 06 August, 2011
10 Great rifle! Smooth action and accurate enough-1.5\" groups at 100yds using 235 gr. handloads and VX3 1.75-6x32 scope; had to lap the rings and apply a skin of silicone to keep the scope from moving under recoil. A bit stout from the bench but comfortable shooting from normal hunting positions. The rifle is lightweight and handles as quickly as most other smaller caliber hunting rifles...

Browning Buck Mark Pistol - 051379490 Camper Matte Blued 22LR by J. D. Date Added: Saturday 06 August, 2011
10 I had a Ruger Mark III6 which I just loved. It was very difficult and complicated to disassemble, clean and reassemble, for me at least. I bought a Browning Buck Mark Camper and love it also.. It is much easier to clean. The only issue is the set screw that holds the barrel in the receiver is a bit awkward to tighten. I only shoot higher velocity Federal, CCI and Remington Vipers in it and have yet to have a jam. I am no expert, but I am beginning to believe that higher velocity ammo shoots better than sub or standard velocity in semi-auto handguns. I am sure there are a hundred opinions on this and I can only speak of my experience. It is very accurate and I am just an okay shot. It fits your hand and just feels good to grip. I recommend it highly...

Browning BL-22 Grade II Rifle 024101103, 22 Long Rifle, 20", Lever, Walnut Stock, Blue Finish by b. r. Date Added: Friday 05 August, 2011
10 I\'ve had my BL-22 (grade II) for over 35 years, and it\'s simply the best there is--hands down!! It\'s in a class above all others, and I have shot them all. I had a leopold scope mounted on it about 20 years ago, to teach my kids to shoot with a scope, and had no trouble at all getting that done. One warning, it\'s very addictive!! Buy LOTS of ammo before you go shooting, and try to let the kids shoot some, too!! Great rifle...

Hornady 375 Ruger Basic Unprimed Brass Cases (8674), Not Loaded by c. s. Date Added: Sunday 31 July, 2011
10 I have three boxes of this brass in waiting for a wildcat. The brass is annealed to about halfway down its length. Is 2.67-something inches long, .530 inches at the base (just above the .532\" rim) and has a wall thickness of .014 inches at the mouth. Thickness an inch or so down from the mouth is .020 inches. No headstamp. Large primers. My opinion says it\'s the best wildcattin\' brass out there. Buy several boxes while it\'s on-hand. I waited three months for mine.....

Ruger Super Blackhawk Single-Action Revolver 0811, 44 Remington Mag, 5.5 in, Rosewood Grip, Satin Stainless Finish, 6 Rd by l. p. Date Added: Saturday 30 July, 2011
10 Just aquired one of these Sweethearts on a Silver Trade.. Native born Montana Mountainman, hunted everything that swims, flys, hops. Owned all the \"good stuff\". This Ruger is a must have for the Serious among you. Mine is carried in a cross draw shoulder holster. It\'s weight and balance in the 5 1/2 inch barrel, fit me perfectly. I am 5\'9\" at 168 pounds. I even wear it Kayaking the Glades...Smaller rounds in .44 Special, make for mild recoil. Weapon came with a range of ammo up to .310 grain, manageable recoil, but I recommend \"Stickier Grips\" for heavier loads...

Smith & Wesson MP 15-22 Rifle 811033, 22 Long Rifle, 16 in, Collapsible Stock, Black Finish, 25 Rd by J. B. Date Added: Saturday 30 July, 2011
10 I bought this gun a little over a year ago and I have never had so much fun with a gun! It is great for target shooting but it is also a deadly rabbit and squirel gun! I\'ve shoot at least 2,000 rounds through it and haven\'t had a single problem! For rabbit hunting I suggest using Winchester Supreme 32 grain .22lr ammo. They fly 1640fps and are deadly on any small game!..

10 This is one of the best firearms I have ever fired, let alone purchased. I actually bought this rifle for my wife, as 9mm are fairly cheap to shoot, but after firing a few hundred round through it I\'m leaning towards adopting it my self. After researching this pistol the cool thing is that hit much harder then a pistol, a few resources actually compared it to the impact of a .38. Great rifle, compact, a great all around utility weapon...

Ruger Redhawk Double-Action Revolver 5026, 44 Remington Mag, 4in, Black Hogue Monogrip Grip, Stainless Steel Finish, 6Rd by R. D. Date Added: Thursday 28 July, 2011
10 This is a very durable, stoutly manufactured revolver. Any one feature difference would not make a big deal, but taken together, the Ruger is a superior revolver. It is what i carry in the woods when i am there to be handgun hunting, but may not be alone. WE in California have boat loads of Mountain Lions, Black Bears, and rattlesnakes. You may never see any of the animals listed, but the way the populations are expanding, you might. A gun in your safe will do you no good if you are being stalked by a hunger lion. And, there are .44 snake loads. I know guys fish in Alaska and carry 2 1/2 inch revolvers, but the 4 inch barrel length will give you a better balanced and longer sight plane and is faster on the second shot. Just my 2 cent worth. Been a shooter for 47 years of all species of guns...

10 I have owned a Model 94 AE 30-30 for approximately 28 years. I bought it new. It is the most accurate rifle in my collection. I have on more than one occasion put a round dead center in the target at 75 yds. and then put the second shot through the same hole. This was done with store bought cartridges. I will pass it on to one of my sons and stipulate that it is never to be sold but passed down through the generations...

Smith & Wesson Sigma 9VE Pistol 120025, 9mm, 4", Polymer Grip, Stainless Slide/Black Frame, 10 Rd by R. S. Date Added: Saturday 23 July, 2011
10 I have just fired 50 rds from this pistol so it may be tight from the box. The Gun is accurate enough at 25 yds., but the trigger pull was so difficult and deceptive that I couldn\'t get any decent group. I haven\'t shot since my Vietnam Service but that was with a 1911 .45, with which I qualified as Sharpshooter, missing Expert by one shot. WE have to shoot slow at the public range, so I pulled and pulled the trigger, unsure if the shot would ever break. Obviously, during that time, the gun wobbled. I did manage to get all six rds. in the chest so an assailant would have been hurt if not killed. The overtight trigger does not allow for good control, and our Range only lets you shoot six rds. slowfire. I do think faster fire, despite the inevitable jerking, would allow one to be a bit more accurate...

I pattern all of my shotguns with 48 inch square paper and i can tell you with Briley chokes in my Berettas, these loads are even and tight. Recoil is nearly zip compared to the Target Win Value Pack shotgun shells a lot of guys use. I can shoot all day and have no problems. The Fiocchi cases are fantastic to reload too. Brass heads and good plastic. The newest Fiocchis have 6 fold crimps and the older Fiocchis had 8 fold crimps. Doesn\'t seem to make any difference to me...

Gamo .177 Cal Silent Cat Air Rifle w/Thumbhole Black Synthetic Stock (6110072154) by R. C. Date Added: Thursday 21 July, 2011
10 Accurate rifle, even with wind sights; the scope adds to the accuracy. The accompanying Gamo scope is very clear easy to mount. This is not a quiet air rifle... maybe in the woods, but will definitely have folks asking questions about the report. Silent Cat, it ain\'t... but it really does the trick on squirrels, chipmunks and the occassional unlucky snake or two in the garden. Very ergonomic and has a great feel. 10 I never did any real testing with these loads, but I did do some informal shooting to see how the shells would function since I had never purchased RIO shells before. I was shooting them from a 1950 era browning sweet-16 with a cutts compensator installed. I experienced no FTF, FTF or FTE while shooting these shells. I was a little concerned they may not eject, but I had no problems at all and the gun was set on the magnum friction ring setting. As for patterns, I shot informally at paper targets that would be roughly rabbit and duck sized and all shells pattern well at different ranges this game would normally be shot at. All targets had multiple pellet hits. Like I said this was very informally done but the shells worked fine and they were almost 5 dollars per box cheaper than the other brands I buy locally. Overall I\'m sure these shells would work fine for 16 gauge applications...

10 I bought one about 6 months ago and it is an awesome gun. I can\'t say enough about the SIG quality. SIG\'s new grip is amazing. It feels like ur hand sticks to the gun even when they get sweaty. The elite comes with the longer beaver tail which helps with recoil. When i first shot it i was having some problems with it jamming but soon realized that it had to do with my grip. It wasn\'t stiff enough which wasn\'t allowing it to cycle properly. Once i figured it out it works great. Would recommend it to anyone...

Typical results @ 100 yards on a target with a bullseye of 1 1/2\" in diameter are: 12 to 16 rounds are in the bulleyes with a grouping that knocks out a hole of about 1/2 \" in diameter done with around 8/9 to 12 rounds. The balance of the 20 rounds are in the 24 ring (1\" wide) that encircles the bullseye - more than likely my fault and not the ammunition\'s. My M1A is scoped with a Zeiss Conquest 6.5-20x. 10 The down side to this is no bayonet lug and only a 150 yard and 300 yard flip site. My old one has a windage and left right adjustment. I purchased the carbine and was very dissapointed with its performance. At 100 yards it was all over the target and would notstriking low left. I made some visual adjustments and was able to hit center twice after burning 60 rounds. I also had a 9mm marlin camp with me and was able to hit bullseye at 100 yards with no problem. The other draw back is it will not advance a round into the chamber using pre-ban mags. It chambers a round into the barrel but dry fires. I had to load one round manually at a time. Unless this is a \"Monday Morning\" piece, thumbs down all the way. My gunsmith is looking at it and will send it back for repair or replacement. Better off contacting a company like Orion 7 Enterprises to get a real M1 that has been restored...

Cons: Minor magazine feeding problems I purchased this pistol for something to shoot for fun, the ammunition is cheap, and it is a great introduction pistol for beginners. The feeding issues are easily corrected by pulling the mag out and reinserting it. It is accurate enough for being a .22 pistol but I would recommend purchasing the extended barrel if you want more accuracy. Besides the feeding problem, great pistol and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to shoot a pistol but without the higher cost of larger caliber ammunition or wants an easy to use concealed firearm...

The 900 lb package shipped to my front door straight from Browning bolted to a shipping pallet wrapped in foam with a cardboard box slid over the top just like a refridgerator would ship. I took the door off the hinges and the shelves out and moved all the pieces into my house separately with a friend no problem. I had the Axis shelves added I\'d say it\'s definately worth the extra money it really lets you setup the inside of the safe the way you need it to max the space available and hold your long guns the way you want. 10 Great product ! shipped in just a couple of days ! I had to call to check on something and when I did I got a hold of a person named Ryan he told me that the size I needed was a different part number and that it was not in stock, so he had me order the part number for one size smaller and he would take care of it and get me the right size.Being an internet order I was a little worried about that, but he followed up with a e-mail... and the right item was delivered, could not be happier with the product and sevice from Able\'s.Now I can get my new scope on my M-14 and hit the range this weekend.....

10 I just picked this up two weeks ago. This is a very solid firearm with good craftsmanship. Very impressed with the trigger pull and the ease of the hammer for single action. I\'ve put 200 rds through it so far with no problems with inexpensive ammo. I\'ve also practiced with snap caps, no binding of the cylinder. The recoil feels more like a little bump rather than recoil. Extremely comfortable to shoot. Highly recommended...

10 One comment I do have about this rifle is that it is probably one of the best tactical .22-caliber long rifles on the market. We have a number of other guns, and we are what you might call shooting enthusiasts. Every time we take this particular rifle to the range, we get numerous comments and people asking about the rifle. I have to say, I give them all excellent reviews. The 416 will shoot absolutely any kind of .22-cal ammo manufactured. We have shot in excess of 1,500 rounds out of the thing and never cleaned it and it still performs flawlessly. I believe there is no gun on the market that can match the quality and functionality of this particular weapon...

10 I shot 10 boxes in 12/2010 in Texas and I really liked them. No malfuntions in a SBEII. They kill right now no wounding geese. They do kick like a mad mule. I removed cones, ported bbl, back bored the SBE and shoot ported chokes. This probably took out 40% of the kick. I can now see what I hit...

10 Wanted an inexpensive auto for EDC with at least the punch of a 9mm. Out of the box, the sights are some of the worst I have ever seen; inaccurate, hard to see and line-up. Changed to some Williams Firesights with RED/GREEN fiber optics and this thing is very reasonable between 5-15 yards. Set for 7-10 yrds, this is a great value in a polymer 9mm auto, just be sure to change the sights! No FTF/FTE/FTF at all, but I have heard of light-strikes; I re-worked the firing pin and spring when I first got it, and no failures in over 750 rnds...
