10 I purchased several boxes of this and it came in very fast and reasonably priced. Excellent ammo, with a huge cavity. Excellent for self defense, that is, if you're "that guy" that carries a Desert Eagle in a shoulder holster everywhere he goes. I am "that guy" and will purchase again!..

Sig P227 Pistol 227R45BSS, 45 ACP, 4.4 in, Black Polymer Grips, Nitron Finish, 10 Rd, Night Sights by Joe Date Added: Thursday 27 February, 2014
10 Okay, the straight skinny. This is the best semi-automatic pistol I've ever shot, and I've shot close to a hundred. Sig/Sauer did it right. The grip is perfect for all people except those with extremely small hands. The first double-action trigger pull is around 10 lbs. which is stout. Believe me, if you are ever in a situation where you need your weapon for survival, that will present no problem. I like the fact that there are no internal locks (just a padlock). I also like it that there are no warnings on the barrel. You know like on Ruger. "Do not stick barrel of gun up your nose with your finger on the trigger while whistling Dixie. Read page 6 of the manual available from Sturm Ruger. blah blah." The night sights are incredible. They stay completely bright all night long. It is as accurate at 25 yards as my Kimber Target II even though the barrel is shorter. They list the barrel at 4.4 inches. That is not correct because that includes the part that extends at the top. The actual length of the barrel is 2.2 inches. Doesn't matter, it points and shoots 1 and 1/2" groups with Federal 230 grain hardball. In spite of it's light weight, 32 ozs with mag, the recoil is not a problem. You will hear people speak of a high bore axis for Sigs, but ignore that criticism. The wide grip on the P 227 helps in this regard. My pistol has no creep in single action mode and broke as advertised, about 4 and a half pounds. The limited space here means I can't provide a complete review. Let's just say BUY IT!!!!!..

HSM Custom Plus Rifle Ammunition 7MAG180VLD, 7mm Remington Magnum, Boat Tail Hollow Point (HP), 180 GR, 3078 fps, 20 Rd/bx by DENNIS Date Added: Monday 24 February, 2014
10 I ordered two boxes of these HSM 180gr VLD Hunting HPBT. In both boxes the brass was pitted and rusted all over the shells. Both boxes were shot through a 7mm Rem Mag Savage 111LRH with a Vortex Viper PST FFP 6-24x50 and a bench rifle rest. Could not get better than 4inch groups at 100 yards. I went through 30 shells with myself and another shooter before I gave up on this ammo. We then Switched to some HSM 168gr VLD Hunting HPBT that I bought from another place online and found those shells in the exact same condition. Rusted out and pitted and no better than 4 in groups. Stoped my range shooting then and there and went to the range shack and bought some Hornady 162gr SST Superformance and was able to shoot 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards. Utterly disgusted with HSM ammo and will never buy it again. Compete waste of money. Do not think Able Ammo has any fault in this since the 180gr's were from another online ammo place and those rounds were just as bad...

Fiocchi Shooting Dynamics Pistol Ammunition 9AP, 9mm, Full Metal Jacket (FMJ), 115 GR, 1200 fps, 50 Rd/bx by MATTHEW Date Added: Friday 21 February, 2014
10 The entire experience has been exceptional. I ordered 5,000 rounds of 9mm Fiocchi 115 Grain FMJ on February 17, 2014 and received all the ammunition, packaged well in 1,000 round cases, on February 20, 2014. Today, February 21, 2014, a SWAT brother of mine and I blew through 1,000 rounds of this ammunition without a single flaw. Both he and I used our HK MP5s, a Glock 34 and a Walther PPQ w/ 5" barrel. The rounds cycled, fired, and ejected flawlessly. The ammunition is very clean but I thought the actual bullet to look strange being a very bright yellow instead of copper. This however had no negative effects and probably assisted in loading. With all this being said, I want to actually say this ammunition is horrible so no one else buys it and leaves more for me but Iím a law enforcement officer and you know we arenít allowed to lie ha haÖ Yeah right. Strongly recommend the Fiocchi 9mm 115 Grain FMJ...

Mossberg 4X4 Bolt Action Rifle 27554, 30-06 Springfield, 24 in Fluted, Walnut Stock, Matte Blue Finish by Hallet Date Added: Thursday 30 January, 2014
10 This rifle was a disappointment right out of the box. I am a fairly large man, so this might be a little unfair, but it felt like a Ruger 10/22 when I lifted it out of the box. Everything about it is cheap and small. The plastic magazine, to the plastic butt stock device are a shame. The bolt is unbelievably loose, and sloppy (Not the bolt shown in the picture). The stock was cut without even chasing the burrs out after machining. It feels almost like a toy when holding it. Have not fired it yet, waiting for sights (Not going to waste my money on a nice scope), but being chambered for 30-06 this thing will tear itself to pieces in short order. Also comes with a lousy one year warranty, shows how much faith Mossberg has on this gun. I would stay away from this one, I regret having flushed over $500 down the drain. I love my Mossberg shotgun(M590A1), but will not consider a Mossberg rifle again. Hal Robinson..

10 I recently purchased a version of this Escort semi-auto 12 gauge. I love it every bit as much as my Remington 1100. It is used every weekend to shoot skeet, and now has about 500 rounds through it without one fail ! There are 2 bonuses you get with the Escort: 1) It is a very light gun (also, light recoil) so you do not get tired out so quickly when shooting extended rounds 2) It is very easy to breakdown and clean. This gun is made by Hatsan in Turkey. These are the same people that build some of the Benneli shotguns for Beretta. You get the quality without the high price premium...

10 A very good price for 00 buckshot. It does not cycle a Mossberg 930SPX, however. It is probably good for pump action or single shot. I would not recommend getting this for a semi-auto shotgun.the 930 SPX usually works with anything aboive 1200 ft/sec muzzle velocity not in this case..

10 This is an awesome rifle. The trigger is smooth and crisp and adjustable (I have mine set at 2lbs 10 oz.). Muzzle break works good and makes a discernible difference. It does not have a fluted narrel as claimed in the specs, at least not in 7 mm Rem. Mag. I had a Weatherby in 7 mag before and although it was a nice looking and accurate rifle the Savage 111 LRH will probably shoot rings around it. Besides the 111 looks WICKED!..

10 In many respects, this could have been an ideal pocket concealed carry weapon. I loved its size and basic design. But the fact that it is double action, requiring a firm trigger pull, makes it difficult to shoot and far less accurate than other automatics that fire in the single action mode after cocked. I wish I had fired the weapon before buying it. If I had, I would not have made the purchase. I can't imagine that any woman, who might want a weapon of this size, would be happy with this Ruger...

10 Purchased the pistol for my retired cop concealed weapon. It has a lot of good features that are similar to the Sig P220 and the S&W 645 (4506). I fired between 50-60 rounds of factory 185 gr RN when it started locking up on each shot. I discovered that the protrusion on the slide release had broken off rendering the spring useless. I did not disassemble the weapon due to warranty concerns. I had the weapon for a week and have been waiting for the part for 4 weeks. The gun was sent back to Bersa and it is expected to take another month before I get the weapon back, therefore, 2 months off of my warranty. If you want a third magazine, expect to pay $49.99 for it. Ouch!!..

10 I just bought one of these today and after a few hundred rounds I am sold on the the Para Black Ops. I've never really been pistol guy but the 1911 has always had my attention. When I saw the double stack Para 1911 I had to have one. Who can resist 14 rds. of 45 ACP! The gun has a good balanced feel even with the extra ammo in the grip and the Trijicon nite sights are a real nice touch. Throw in a great trigger and a match grade barrel and this gun is worth the money. I have finally found a pistol that is fun to shoot and would recommend the Black Ops to anybody looking for a well rounded .45 especially if they like a 1911...

10 I have the 20" blued version in .357 magnum. They require a little more tweaking than a marlin or Winchester, but once you get them how you want, they work VERY well. I killed 2 whitetails with mine this season, and neither one went further than 30 yds. Never let anyone tell you that a .357 isn't an effective caliber for deer. Will push a 150gr. Bullet over 2000 fps. Plenty strong medicine for deer........

10 I find this ammo, R7M081, to be better than the "50% less recoil, RL7M081" it stays on target. I have experienced the "less recoil" ammo to drop 2-3 inches below target. I would load one bullet from each, shoot, reload reverse order, shoot, and repeated to discover the drop in the "less recoil". My groupings are within a 1 inch circle at 40 yards and was surprised at the difference for the short distance...

10 Excellent sixgun. This 6 1/2" barrel is the perfect size for plinking or informal target shooting. I like the new laminated rosewood grips better than the old solid rosewood. The new grips are slimmer, brighter, and more durable. They also have a steel spacer between them for durability. I tested mine with CCI 40 grain Velocitors and it grouped 2 1/2" at 50 feet, two-hand hold. A better shot could have done better. I switched cylinders (this is a real gas to do, it's like having two guns) and tried the Winchester 40 grain Hollow Points. They shot about two inches below the 22 long rifle with the same-sized grouping. This is normal. Faster ammo will shoot to a lower point of aim. Build quality is first rate, wood to metal fit is perfect. Ruger still makes them with high quality. Great gun for plinking, hunting, or goofing off. I call it minute of beer can accuracy. Lots of fun...

10 Seems to be the load for Savage 110BA 338 Lapua. 0.5in groups at 200 yrds; about the same at 300 yards. The 110BA is picky on what it likes but this seems to work well..

Uberti 1873 Special Sporting Rifle Steel U342760, .357 Magnum, 24.25", A Grade Stock by VERNON Date Added: Friday 25 October, 2013
10 I received the rifle at my dealer on time. All I have to say is WOW. This is my first lever action large bore rifle. The rifle did have two flaws. One was the checkering on the stock. Apparently a square tool ~ 3/8" x 3/8" had pressed into the checkering by the trigger causing it to become depressed and marred. i was able to get it to look better but its not perfect. The second is a design flaw. The top of the trigger blocks the rear sight at the 2 lowest elevation settings. I plan to replace the rear sight with a tang mounted peep sight in front of the trigger. Due to the rifle design a top mounted scope cannot be used as this rifle ejects from the top. The action is super smooth but long and the rifle loads and unloads easily. No question remains if you are in the right position - its all serves as positive feedback. The rifle is equipped with a hidden firing safety. The cocking lever must be pulled flush against the bottom stock to allow the trigger to engage. Additionally there is a lever lock at the bottom of the gun stock. This rifle has the smoothest trigger pull I've ever encountered. Absolutely no excessive force is needed. I kept surprising myself how quickly the trigger would fire. Not a hair trigger but just as smooth. Absolutely no fighting to stay on target when firing. This is my first Uberti. I'm sure there will be others. Highly pleased...

Ruger Blackhawk KBN36 Revolver 0319, 357 Magnum, 6 1/2 in, Rosewood Grip, Satin Stainless Finish, 6 rd by Joe Date Added: Friday 25 October, 2013
10 Quite a revolver for sure. This gun as been in the Ruger lineup for many years (1953?). My new stainless-steel version with a 6 1/2" barrel is the most accurate revolver I own and I own many. I did the quick, poor-man's trigger job. You take the grips off, and slip one of the two springs of its spindle. It cuts the trigger pull in half and doesn't harm the gun at all. I've had Rugers in this condition for 15 years without ill effect. I did some test shooting with Blazer 158 grain brass ammo. This is 23 bucks a box ammo, certainly not expensive. I didn't even have to adjust the sight. Right from the get go, I was shooting in the black at 25 yards. Amazing accuracy and groups of three inches with a two hand hold. From a rest at 50 feet I shrunk the groups in half. I then tried 38 special wadcutters but the accuracy wasn't as good. I then tried low velocity 357 cowboy ammo and the accuracy was about the same as the blazer. I need to do further testing with 38 special, but it's not unusual for 357s to have less accuracy than pure 38 revolvers. Recoil is no problem with heavy loads. With the 38 wadcutters it's like a cap gun. There are no rough edges anywhere and the charge holes in the cylinder are chamfered, which Smith & Wesson charges extra for. The grips are no longer solid rosewood but are a beautiful rosewood laminate. They are brighter, more durable and add to the overall appearance. I STRONGLY suggest anyone who wants a great single action revolver to buy this gun. With full power 180 grain Buffalo Bore loads, it will even provide excellent protection from black bear...
