I own several Ruger handguns. This particular revolver is one of my favorite pistols. It is easy to take apart and clean, feels great in my hands, and shoots so well it almost feels like an extension of me. Also, this is one rugged shooting iron. I have packed it through the mountains, forests, wetlands and sand dunes. It always works under adverse conditions (some guns are so close in tolerances they jam with the slighest amount of dirt or debris). Rugged and reliable make it a partner on every excursion.. |

What can be said about this revolver, that has not been trumpeted countless times. I have hunted most North American game during the past thirty years with this gun. It has performed flawlessly and handled my handloads with little evidence of wear. For several years it was my gun of choice for silhouette competition. For the price and overall quality of construction, IMO it is has no peers!.. |

My favotite pistol. I changed the grips to rubber which helped greatly with the recoil. Extremely accurate out to 50 yards, and I love to shoot this pistol. Kinda feels good in a hip holster, too... |
