KEL-TEC CNC INDUSTRIES Model P-11 Semi Automatic Pistol Kel-Tec 10 + 1 Round 9MM w/Parkerized Finish The Kel-Tec P-11 is the smallest and lightest 9mm ever made. Thanks to its locking dynamics and superior ergonometry, perceived recoil and practical accuracy are comparable to much larger guns. The P-11 is especially suited for plainclothes police officers or as a secondary weapon for military personnel. All machined components are also made on modern high speed computerized equipment. Equally advanced quality control equipment and test procedures ensure a firearm with uncompromising quality in materials and workmanship. I bought my son this for Christmas as I knew we were going to get our CHL shortly. We did go get our CHL's on the same day. I tried to talk him into using his 40cal S&W to qualify with, but he would have none of it. He insisted that this is the pistol he would be carrying and this is the one he would qualify with. He did very well, even at the 21 yard shoot, he still had all black... I was pleasantly surprised as was most other people at the range that day. He has cycled about 350 rounds through his and has no FTF, FTE or misfires. I put my name on the list for one as soon as I could and the PF9 came in first so I bought it. So far they are great guns. Very manageable (my wife shot it a few times) and pretty accurate. Great gun for anyone I think with maybe the exception being someone with huge hands... I don't know if they would like the small gun. But the way I see it, it is for an emergency (when I wouldn't normally have anything else - I now carry 8 rounds of 9mm; my son of course carry's 11)... |
