These rifles are manufactured in the United States and complie with all 922 regulations. PTR 91 has gone to great lengths to produce the most up-to-date rifle on the market today! Roller-delayed blowback system with flash hider, H&K navy type polymer trigger group and tactical handguard machined from hard anodized aluminum and to military spec. Harris Bi pod; welded top scope mount. (scope and rings not included). Three inch rail. Eighteen inch fluted bull barrel, match grade. 1:12 inch twist.
