TAURUS INTERNATIONAL Model 66 Medium Frame Revolvers Taurus 7 Round Matte Stainless 357 Magnum/4" Barrel/Adjustable Si A longtime favorite of security personnel, these tack driving .357 Magnums with comfortable rubber grips and deep, lustrous finishes. The Model 66 has adjustable target sights and a seven shot cylinder. Available in matte stainless steel or blue steel with 4 inch, full underlug barrels, and the Model 66 is also available with a 6 inch barrel in both the blue and matte stainless steel. Nice gun.I did have to send mine back to the factory because the cartridge pin broke. I still have a hard time closing the cylinder,which can be annoying.I do like the way the gun shoots. Nice trigger and very little re-coil.Overall,a great weapon... |

For the money, just as good as a Smith. Locks up tight, shoots accurately, finish is good. The only complaint is that the bolt spring is a little weak, sometimes doesn't catch in the cylinder notches when I close the cylinder. This has never been a problem during actual firing, either double or single action, only when the cylinder is initially closed. Read some on-line resrouces, just means the bolt spring is a little weak, no big deal. Overall, great gun for the money... |

This is a fine firearm. This was my first side arm I would not trade it in for anything. The only problem i found with this gun is that it does not like cheap ammo. I don\'t know if that is called a problem or not... |
