Picked up two boxes from the local store on the way to the range, shot one and a half box and discarded the rest. About 10% (5 out of 50) of the cartridges appeared incorrectly loaded with very light recoil, until one was so bad that the pistol fired, but didn't cycle, while the bullet ended up stuck in the barrel - if I didn't have the habit of checking the pistol carefully after any malfunction or unexpected recoil, it could have been very dangerous as the next round could have caused the k-boom. The pistol was a 5" S&W 1911 in excellent condition.
