Just bought a used H&R ultra rifle in 25-06, had never heard of them until I saw it in the ad. I paid 200$ for it with a crappy BSA deer hunter scope, cheap scabbord and elastic case holder that fits around stock butt. The rifle is in new condition. I put my leupold vari xii 3-9x50 on and went to the desert. 3 shots to center scope and then fired a test group. It shoots great to me, 3 shots tightly @ 100 yards inside 1-1/8" circle with 10mph wind using remington core lokt 100 gr psp. Cant wait to try again on a calm day, out shoots my ruger m77 tang, 270 any day! 26" heavy barrel lam. stock just like pic, get ya one! Im gonna get a 243 and 22-250 for the kids...
