I am extremely analytical about things and when it came time to figure out the best ammo. I chose CCI velocitor. I did the homework for you and can honestly say that this is the best ammo on the market for your .22. I used to use the Win HVHP but the squirrel would still run to a hole even after making a head shot on it. The first time I used this ammo I shot a squirrel through the head right under the ear and I wish I could post a picture to prove my point but this critter fell and didnt move. I HIGHLY recommend...thanks ABLE AMMO for selling these, most places don't..

I have a ruger 10/22 with standard 18 inch barrel and at 50 yards shooting most ammo i get 1-2 inch groups...throw cci stingers in and i get .5 .6 and .75 at most and these are 5 shot groups not 3.....for some reason my groups open up at 75 yards not sure why but i still was sticking with stingers because they kicked so much @$$ over all the others i had tried.....at 75 yards i was getting 1.5 with a warm barrel wich my gun seems to appreciate.....just today i had the oportunity to buy velocitors and my first group i shot was .75 and the second was 1 1/8....very pleased.....although they are hard for me to get over the stingers:(....see how they do hunting in comparison.....not as flat shooting is their only setback..

These are awesome rounds, in a semi auto its like shooting a larger cal round. These have a nice BARK and one heck of a BITE. I don\'t use my 25 round clip to much when shooting these because I tend to empty the clip...

Good stopping power. One shot on a Woodchuck that pulled him out of his hole that he was peeking out from. I was quite surprised. This ammo is fast and deadly. A little loud out of my Savage bolt, but it\'s nothing that can\'t be dealt with. All in all this is great ammo...
