I have been looking for these magazines for months, kind of wish I didn't own this model gun. However, I came across this website and they too were out of stock. I did click on the notify link so when stock returned, I would be notified. I figured I would never hear from them again since I have repeated the same "notify" link at atleast 5 other websites including the manufacturer. I even added the manufacturers phone number to my cell phone because I keep calling to check on availability. Well just a few weeks later, I recieved the email that notified me. I placed an order within 1 hour of recieving the email. Several days later, I recieved a phone call stating that my order could not be filled since other orders that were placed before mine had depleted all the stock again. However, they were expecting stock the next day and wanted to confirm that I was willing to accept these. I was agreed and a few days later the mags were here.
Let me just say - awesome service from the people who monitor thier site , personel that makes follow up calls and down to the people who inventory new stock. I still haven't heard from the other five websites. The magazines are exactly what i ordered,OEM walther PK380 factory mags. I was expecting the right mags and thats what I recieved. The awesome, kick but, type of service and follow up should be some type of benchmark that all website should be graded by. This was my first experience with Able Ammo. I have decided to save them to my favorites. I just wonder how they could possibly ever do better... |
