The SXP Black Shadow's pistol-grip radius, trigger reach, comb height and length of pull are all patterned after the fastest autoloader in the world, so the SXP composite stock on this series has the same familiar feel of the Model SX3. Chrome makes surfaces impervious to wear and gives superior rust and corrosion protection, and this pump-action 12-gauge shotgun features a 3 in chrome-plated chamber and chrome-plated bore - optimum features when using steel or tungsten shot. Super X designs allow for the fastest follow-up shots due to inertia-assisted slide-action. In addition, dual steel-action guide bars channel and eliminate twisting and binding when cycling the action. The stock bolt passes through the wrist of the black, composite stock and attaches solidly into the back of an aluminum alloy receiver for light weight and centered balance. The receiver has an anodized black finish and is drilled and tapped for scope mount with a base already included. The fully-rifled 22 in barrel is finished in a non-glare, matte finish with TruGlo fiber-optic sight so you don't miss a thing. It comes with an Inflex Technology recoil pad made with internal rib structures to help direct and channel the recoil impulse, moving the comb down and away from your cheek. A hard heel insert on the pad makes mounting the Super X Pump snag-free. This shotgun is a SHOT Show special and has limited availability
