Winchester uses 3 codes for this ammo, Q3131=USA, Q3131A=Israel and Q3131A1=South Korea. If it is dated WC 04 then it is Q3131A and the NATO stamp should be on the cartridge. If it is WC 09 then it is Q3131A1 and the NATO stamp will be missing. Nevertheless this is some of the best ammunition on the market reguardless of where it was manufactured. This ammo meets the specs for M193 without the blown primer problems many are currently experiencing with the Lake City loads...
