My Ruger LCP functions perfectly with these Silvertips. They will penetrate coarse-grained sand to about four or five inches and
all end up expanded to at least .45 caliber diameter with really jagged edges. For comparison, I shot some Independence
90 gr. FMJ's--they fed and fired good and penetrated the same sand to about a little more than 12 inches and were not deformed
at all.
