The cartridges are packed well and the bullets appear uniform and free from defects. They have a waxy coating which, I believe, is applied to help the cartridges slide completely into match chambers which are a tad tighter than standard chambers. However, this makes them a bit tricky to load magazines and if you happen to drop one, everything will stick to the cartridge. Aside from that these cartridges really perform.
I shoot at 100 yards exclusively onto paper plates with ¾\" labeling dots from Staples stuck in the center (cheapest targets ever). My 10/22 with an Adams & Bennett barrel and Konus Pro 6-24X scope will shoot out a dime sized hole out of the label. That is a ¾\" 10 shot group at 100 yards folks. My Savage MKII with the same scope will shoot a 1\" ten shot group. As this is a standard velocity cartridge, it is not forgiving to poor form or the environment when shooting at 100 yards. If you take your time, this ammo will perform every time. I highly recommend this ammo.
