Barnes Triple-Shock X (TSX), .284", 7MM Caliber, BT, 120 Grain, 50 Per Box (28442), Not Loaded
I built my .284 Win. in Pagels Gun Shop in Killeen Tex. in 63. Capt. George Nonte was Win. field tester then. I guess this was the 1st 284 built since it wasn\'t on the market yet. Anyhow, I\'ve shot nothing bur Hornady stuff in it since then, until last year. Loaded up some 140 tsx b.t. & was getting a flatter & faster round. They are deadly accurate & flat shooting. Knocked down 7 deer last year, (2) @ 240 yds. +. The 140 gr. put both of them down on the spot. No neck or spine shot either. The thing has so much shocking power & the bullet passed thru all the deer which I like. I\'m pushing the 140 gr. @ 3,275 w/ 56 gr. of IMR4350---the 120 gr. 3,350 fps w/ 58 gr. 4350. They shoot within .5 to .75 @ all ranges w/ a zero @ 40 yds.I also load up my 7-08 Steyr w/ these. SUPER SUPER STUFF - D. H.

Barnes Triple Shock X (TSX), .224", 22 Caliber, FB, 45 Grain, 50 Per Box (22441), Not Loaded
I realoaded these bullets with hodgen H380 powder and they are very accurate. I have killed two deer with these bullets and they didnt go over 20 yards. There a little pricey but well worth the money - J. C.

Barnes Triple-Shock X (TSX), .284", 7MM Caliber, BT, 140 Grain, 50 Per Box (28444), Not Loaded
This past season was the first to reload this bullet. I was curious to see if it was as good as they say. I didn't even have to re-zero my steyr 7-08, it shot very tight groups & was very flat shooting. I shot a big 7pt @ 265 yds. w/ a clean pass-thru,
he droped on the spot (was not a spine or neck shot). shot another 8pt. @ 240 yds.
kidney shot, he nose dived 15 yds. The other 3 deer were hit behind the sholder.
@ different ranges, all hit the dirt. this bullet has a lot of shok even @ these distances. Have not recovered any bullets yet to see what they look like, but a bullet that does what this one does who cares. I've been hand loading since the 60's & have tryed many bullets, I'm sticking w/ this one. It's hot stuff. - D. H.
