I don't know what some of the other reviewers are smoking, but this is some of the best ammo I have ever shot. I've used it in .45 ACP as well as 9mm, and I have never had any problems whatsoever with the ammo. I have put several hundred rounds through several of my guns (without cleaning) and have had zero failure to feeds, failure to fires, or any other malfunctions. This is excellent quality ammunition in my opinion, especially for the price. It is accurate, clean, and compared to CCI Blazer (which is about the same price) you get brass that you can reload! Every chance that I have to get my hands on Independence I take it. Several of my friends have picked up a few cases of of Independence ammo, and have had the same experience that I have had. FYI this is not even close to being comparable to the Winchester "Value Packs" and Remington UMC ammo, which again is about the same price as this Independence. Myself and my friends have had so many problems with the Winchester/UMC ammo, compared to zero problems with the Independence ammo. I highly recommend this ammo...

Wow. I must have a realy great gun. I bought two boxes and went to break in my new kimber eclipse with this stuff. I shot 50 round at 25yds and 15 yds. Every shot was on paper. Every shot seated fine and every shot was a great experience for my first 45acp I have ever owned. I think that the other reviews my have an agenda other then telling you about the quality of the ammo. So let me say that I was very happy with it. I had actualy been looking for a fair priced ammo that I could buy and use for reloading as long as the brass and primer where able to handle it. From the forums I have read They seem to be a nice shooting round with a strong brass and perfect for me to get started. It must be beginers luck... :) ps, I didnt have that much to clean so I had to just admire it for a while before I locked it up for the night...

Probably the worst ammo I've ever fired 10 out of 50 either failed to fire or misfed and the bullet was pushed back into the casing. VERY DIRTY, bad cleanup, I won't buy this again...

Out of 200 rounds that I've put through my 1911 TRP(cleaned), more than 10 failed to fire and if you look at my gun, it looks dirty as 2000 rounds. This ammo should be $10 per box. Blazer is much cleaner, reliable and affordable. I've put more than 3000 rounds of Blazer through my guns and never had a problem...

I was personally disappointed with this ammunition. I purchased it for use in my Springfield XD-45 ACP. I found that the jackets of the bullets were of questionable quality Additionally, many of the bullets were pushed far into the casings, which is something I don't see very often. These bullets fire dirty, worst cleanup of all the ammo I've fired. For the price, I could have bought Winchester, which is a much higher quality bullet/casing. As a matter of fact, every bullet I can think of in the same price bracket fires cleaner and is of higher quality. This ammo fired properly, but I certainly will not be purchasing it ever again...
