Been using these shells for several years now for dove hunting and skeet range. #9 shot with modified choke for hunt and skeet/IC for the range. Have to know your kill range in field to be about 35 yards max. Been through 3 cases now with NO issues, -
Fires and cycles cleanly and consistently for hundreds of rounds of sporting clays through my old and much loved Rem. 1100.
Breaks clays as pretty as 1-1/8oz loads with no recoils issues for this old body. - DANIEL
I have previously ordered a case of 7 and 1/2 3 inch 410 gauge shotgun rounds from this company and found them to exceed my expectations for quality ammo and accuracy. i have now ordered the number 8 shot looking forward to dove hunting with my 410. - JOE
THIS IS THE BEST PERFORMING BRAND AND LOAD FOR SQUIRREL HUNTING. KILLS THE SQUIRRELS ALMOST INSTANTLY AND DOESN'T TEAR UP THE MEAT. THE MAXIMUM EFFECTIVE RANGE IS ABOUT 70 YARDS FROM THE TREE THAT YOUR SHOOTING THEM OUT OF. YOU COULD KILL THEM FURTHER AWAY THAN THAT, BUT YOU'LL START SEEING CRIPPLES. IT HAS A GREAT PATTERN THAT KILLS THE SQUIRREL WITHOUT SHOOTING THEM UP. THE HEAD AND RIBS USUALLY ARE THE AREAS THAT RECEIVE THE MOST SHOT @ 30-60 YARDS FROM THE TREE, IN A FULL CHOKE BRL. -
After 2 shoulder surgeries (1 on each shoulder from years of shooting shotgun) and getting tired of cleaning my Semi-auto gas-operated shotgun.....I tried out a few boxes of this ammo in my Semi and to my surprise the felt recoil was reduced by about a third and also to my surprise not only did I shoot about the same but actually a little better (I THINK because of the speed but I am an amateur so I am not sure).............SO SO SO......I thought I would give it a try in a borrowed O/U and to my surprise I had the same results only the recoil reduction was down by a little less....say around 20%.......so give it a try.....with Fiocchi quality you might be pleasantly surprised.,,,,Good luck... -
