5 of 5 Stars!
I purchased this scope while on a deployment over-seas and got to mount it on my new .300 win mag while home on leave. I was very impressed with the scope in general and also sent in the mail-in rebate on the mil-dot calculator. Scope is crystal clear on 14X for shooting 100 yard groups and mil-dots and easy to use to calculate range. Have not tried any shots over 500 yards as i only got to sight it in and shoot it for one day. I am looking forward to shooting with it more when i get back home. Scope holds zero with the 300's recoil and the brass on steel turrets return to zero after every shot. The pre-set zero is also very nice as it takes out the memorizing and guess work. I also like the side focus knob instead of the more traditional knob at the end. It is much easier to get that extra clear clarity will still keeping cross-hairs on target. I have only shot about 60 shells through my new rifle and with factor ammo after breaking in the bore over 3 hours, was shooting less the MOA 5 shot groups. That is less 1 inch of spread over 5 shots at 100 yards. If you plan to use the mil-dot system on this particular reticle, I would highly recommend getting to mil-dot master calculator if the offer is still out. Thats about all I have for now. If I have any troubles I will be sure to keep updated...
