This unit does not alter the capacity of the Glock model 36 (45 Auto) factory six round magazine. This unit replaces the factory magazine floor plate and provides the extra finger groove for shooting comfort and control. This new extension is made from a high impact polymer and incorporates the same texture and checkering pattern found on the pistol frame for a factory appearance.
