I read lots of good reviews, but could not find any boxes anywhere. I tried 6 or 7 different brands, with marginal results. Finally, I received three boxes, and fired one 2 1/2 inch group, two 1 1/2 inch groups, and two 1 inch groups. Each group consisted of three cartridges, fired at a range of 100 yards. The gun I used was a new 220 Savage bolt action. I am pleased with the accuracy of the slugs, but plan on stocking up, as I do not want to run out during 2011 gun season... |

Great slug! I use it in my H&R slug gun. Sighted in at 150 yards and held a 2 inch pattern. This deer season I dropped a deer at 110 yards right on the spot! Recommend this slug to anyone wanting great accurancy and knock down punch!.. |

was hunting out of a ground blind hand a buck sneak in at 60 yards. Put my new savage 20ga slug gun on him pulled the trigger buck dropped right there.
Did not move .I couldn't get out of the blind fast enough but didn't have to he was finished.That slug destroyed him inside clean kill. Never had a deer drop like that zero tracking.Best slug on the market.If they shot out of your slug gun bring your deer cart in the woods your going to need it!!!!!.. |
