The Obsidian 9 uses a non-slatted design creating a full circumference gas seal. The drastically lowers gas blowback for a more enjoyable shooting experience. The Obsidian 9 pistons are cross compatible with Silencer Co slotted pistons. The Obsidian 9 mount is machine from 17-4 Stainless steel barstock. The engraving is strategically placed on the thickest cross section of the 17-4 stainless steel mount for fast and easy replacement should the suppressor become damaged beyond repair, it also serves to make the Obsidian 9 infinitely upgradable in the future.
